Honor is inspired by Priscilla Faith Kittelson, youngest sister of Sandi Ellis. Born October 9, 1987, Priscila Kittelson entered the world into a large family, one of 6 siblings in Southern California. Imbued with a passion for Christ, Priscilla went on her first missions trip at age 12 in Mexico to help spread the gospel and provide relief to those in need. She raised her own funds for this mission, showing a rare passion for someone her age. She found joy serving in some of the poorest regions of the world, traveling on to Russia and New Zealand in later trips. Her mission to Papua New Guinea marked her. She returned with no clothes in her suitcase, explaining simply and unforgettably to her parents, “I have too much stuff.” A natural giver and encourager, Priscilla was full of ingenuity in meeting the needs of others. She once took duct tape (sent by her Dad on every trip) and created hand bags for young people when the Russian government refused to allow her to give retail items to the kids. Priscilla’s duct tape hand bag was sought after, even upon her return home, when all the ladies in her church heard the story and wanted one. Priscilla’s passion for service and world travel inspired her to follow in her brother Phillip’s footsteps as she joined the Airforce at age 17. She was sent to Fort Sumter in South Carolina and became part of the Honor Guard. She spent six years in the Air Force, quickly climbing the ranks, working in many different departments and achieving the rank of Senior Airman. She was recognized for her meritorious service as a Maintenance Database Manager. Priscilla was deeply beloved by her family and friends. She had a powerful strength that drew others to her for nourishment and care. This compassion led her to study to become a Registered Nurse while in the Airforce. The fragrance Honor is inspired by Priscilla, she was tough as nails and perfectly suited for the military; however, those that were fortunate to know her closely experienced a tenderness that melted our hearts forever. Priscilla left an enduring legacy of honor in every aspect of her life, inspiring those who knew her to remember her time on earth with reverence.
